Default NHRA firesuit regulations

does anyone have a NHRA rulebook that could look up whether a single or double layer nomex firesuit is needed for NHRA super gas class.
all help would be appreciated.

You would need a double layer jacket and pants as well as gloves. The suit and pants must meet SFI 3.2A/5 and the gloves must meet SFI 3.3/1.

Super Gas runs a 9.90 index ... any vehicle running 9.99 or faster requires the use of a multi layer suit (one-piece or two-piece), as well as other safety equipment.
