Default Generally... wheel weight effects on et?

I cant find a decelt affordable set of wheels that are 18-19 in chrome that weigh less than 30lbs.

Stock Chrome SS wheels weigh in at around 23lbs.

So how much (estimated) time will I be losing gaining roughly 10lbs or rotating mass on EACH corner? .3-.5?

For drag racing I think unsprung and rotational wieght is figured to affect the car about 1.7 times more than dead weight. So dropping 100lbs of unsprung weight can drop about .17 in the 1/4. With rotational weight, the location of the weight will also have an affect, I have read that if most of weight is twards the center of the mass the car will not be affected as much as if it where on the outside.

When road racing and circle track racing my dad always figure the number to be about 4X instead of 1.7. So that extra 40lbs will really show up on the road coarses.

it depends, but figure 4-7 hundredths on the weight alone, plus if the tires you are going to are wider than your current ones, then you have to add in contact patch resistance. Could see a tenth slower combined.
