Temp and humidity...
How much of a role do they REALLY play here? I've never run my car in the heat like this.
Before headers and tune I ran a 13.04@108 in May
Tonight with it being around 85 and climbing humidity after headers and tune I ran a 13.2@106.
Not trying to make excuse but do you think the weather fucked me over?

I can not tell you for sure how much they will effect you. But I took my 01 Z28 A4 to the track in March and April and ran 13.10 to 12.99 with speed between 107.9 to 108.5. I went back in June drove 3 hours made two passes no cool down and ran 13.6 and 13.5 at 105.7 and 106.0. Heat index was around 106 and humidity was high.
01 Z28 A4(2.73:1): SLP lid, fra, descreened Maf, and a flowmaster muffler (stock exhaust)

DOH! Thanks for that...guess I should check for typos.
I just wish the weather was cooler...kinda pissed me off I ran 2 tenths and 2 mph SLOWER after the headers and tune.

I'd say anywhere from 3-5 tenths in the 1/4 is normal from good DA & weather to bad (example: I'll run 11.30's at 116-117 mph in the winter months with 40-50 temps and 30-40% humidity, while summertime with 80-90 in the temp/humidity dept I'll run 11.60's at 113-114 mph). The rule of thumb is every 1000 ft of Elevation or DA is 1 tenth (some cars get more, some get less).
Hope this helps!

I was pulling around the same 60' time. I'm not pissed about the ET..I hated that I ran 2 mph slower. Oh well...damn mother nature lol
