Those tires should be around 32psi for street driving.

Lowering the pressure of street tires won't help all that much. I wouldn't go below 25psi, that's as low as i took the eagle F1's on my WS6, and i was cutting high 1.9's on them.

Do take the fronts up to about 45psi though....it will help reduce rolling resistance some. Every bit helps, right.

These tirs say Max PSI is 44

Stock F1's were 34 so yeah run the F1's @ 25 makes sense- But what about the KDW... Anyone else have any other experience with the tires

(I have also heard that PSI doesnt really make a difference but never knew 100% whats right or wrong)

Thanks for the replies so far-- any more? I'd really love to go to the track this weekend or the next, and want to prepare as much as possible for it.

It's a street tire....lowering the psi isn't going to help all that much. The fronts will be find bumped up to 45 for a short period of time....if you're that worried about it then only put them up to 44. I put the KDWS's on my GTO down to 25 when i race it. I was cutting 2.0's without trying. 25 in the rears is as low as you should go.
