Default is this reasonble for a 4link?

any one with a back halfed (4link) 98-02 F-body running under 4.70's in the 8th?

im wondering if its reasonable possible to hit 4.50s on a full front with a 4link in the back?

what would be holding me back?

the reason im asking is because it looks like my company insurance may be getting cancelled so its either go back to a almost stock car or make it an all out TURBO 4link car

You build enough hp and I can build a chassis that will go 4.70s. You will need to be able to drive cause it will be a handful.

would you have to chop off the front?

what all would this consist of?
and about how much would it cost for the chassis and suspension work?

just a guess... doesnt have to be dead on.

how much HP would i need?

It would be a firewall back all chromemoly tube backhalf built to 25.2 specs. The price would depend on what you supply. I can provide the car rolling or turnkey.

The weight depends on motor. But you should be down around 3000lbs.

On the street driving I think you are asking alot. Yes the floor board will be 90% removed. You need to realize you will probably be spending $150 000.00 or more for everything motor, trans and chassis.

yeah just a 25 spec chassis will be 35,000 to 50,000 depending on what parts you have. and around 2000 to 2500hp your definately talking about 120,000 to 150,000 to do what you want.
