Default Suspension setup help

I need some advice on where I should start adjusting?

The car is 3700 lbs race weight and makes 440hp.
It has qa1's with front drag springs set on 5 front and 5 rear.
BMR extreme ta and rear sway bar. The front swaybar is off the car.
Moser 12bolt with 4.10 gears with the harder compound et drags 28x10.5 with tubes @ 16 psi. It now has a spec stage 5 clutch, billet steel fly wheel and steel 3" driveshaft.

It launches like this (from 6k)

then does this (almost stalls)

It is bogging so bad I only get a 1.9 60'
before I changed the clutch and put in the heavier flywheel it would pull a 1.6 60' (bogging slightly) with the same suspension settings and tire psi. The old clutch was a spec 3 with an aluminum flywheel.

I would like to get this right on motor first so I don't put it on the bumper spraying.

With the launch hooking that well, I'd try stiffening the rears to ~ 7, and fronts down to ~3.... other than that, the 28" tire on a 4.10 puts you at about a 3.73-3.90 effective gear ratio(haven't done the math)which ain't helping your cause in a 3700# car. Try leaving just shy of(or on)the limiter if the pad can take it.

That is the problem since I changed the clutch it bogs that badly on motor. I just want to know where I should start adjusting to make it right.

I think if you sprayed out of the hole it would solve that problem. Either that or you need to switch to a smaller tire cause you don't have enough power for them.

i dont think your bogging problem has anything to do with your suspension settings.

you can always try coming off at 6500-7000 rpm. Just make sure you got a scattershield!

I don't see 500 rpm making enough difference to matter as bad as it bogged. I guess I will put some 4.56's and a set of kirkeys in it, remove the radio (you can't hear over exhaust anyway), and call it a day. I am pretty sure I will need the bigger tire on the spray.

that will help you on motor but it may hurt you on spray.

LOL I don't think removing the radio will much of a difference
