I have it in one of the white wire but its not working. can someone tell me which white wire it is from the left on a 1999 trans am not the pin number because i know its #10 but i still got it wrong. not shure how the numbering goes on it.

if you are looking at the pcm mounted in the car. it is the lower half (red module). the wires that are on the lower side of this is the row you need. simply count over ten spaces from the left, not ten wires, and it will be the white wire that you need. make sure that you have a good ground and a good power wire to tap into.
This may help you out. it has a good lay out of other iwres that may come in handy some day...

Try and solder the wires together and not those wire clamps. Mine would not pick up anything until i solder them and it has worked every time since then.
