Default spacers ok??

Are wheel spacers ok for drag racing?? the spacer is a 1&1/2 spacer.

Typical slip on type spacers are REALLY hard on wheel studs, the thicker they are the worse it is. I wouldn't even consider one thicker than about 1/4" in that type.

However, a 1-1/2" HUBCENTRIC type spacer that bolts to the axle first would probably be OK on a LS1 car with average power.
