Im looking to do the following.
-AJE K-member
-AJE A-Arms
-AJE Manual Rack
-AJE Spindle set-up
-Wilwood Lightweight brakes
-175lbs
-Pro star skinnies/Tires
-50 lbs
-Lightweight battery
-30lbs
-Remove power steering
-15lbs
-Remove ABS
-15lbs
-Remove TCS/ASR and cruise control
-15lbs
A total of 300 lbs on the nose.
Was wondering what you all thought this would do for my set-up. Im sure it will be substantial but how good will it be? My 60' currently is 1.71 and quarter on muscle is 11.7 What kind of gains could i expect to see? Also you think ill be able to pull some wheelies?!?! . Thanks guys

I can't believe your not doin wheelies already with your mods. What kind of suspension setup do you have? With your power you are capable of much better 60s. Are you having traction issues? Removing weight off the front of the car can help but you may need to do more with your suspension to get your times down.

first off all the suspension stuff i think is more like 100-120 lbs
skinnies is about right 65 lbs if you get ET fronts instead of radials
light weight battery more like 20-24
power steering more like 10lbs
ABS more like 10 lbs
TCS/ASR module more like 8 lbs

my current suspension set up sucks. Im running tockiico front shocks that are for like track racing. Tockico 5 ways in the rear with stock springs and moroso trick front springs up front. LCA relo brackets and LCA's with a stock torque arm set with about 3* pinion angle. I run 26" slicks and still stock front wheels untill this set-up is done.
-SUX2BU Wasnt shure for all the removals but the suspension set-up is proven at 175-200 lbs off the nose according to either drag bracks or street as well as tie rod ends or not and I went with bushings and street brakes and I was told 175lbs but only a before and after weight will tell us the truth
