Default Why does my trap speed suck so bad?

I need to figure out how much my car weighs, its gotta be a hell of alot. It has the sport appearance package, leather, asr, power seats, locks and windows. I removed the jack and spare. Oh and I'm sure the heavy *** ZR1s aren't doing me any favors.

Went back to OSW last night where they don't prep the track worth a ****.

1st and best pass was:

60' - 1.901
330 - 5.353
1/8 - 8.209
MPH - 85.90
1000 - 10.693
1/4 - 12.803
MPH - 106.93

I know of a few people with similar mods to me (no headers) trapping 109-111 MPH. Is it normal for a stalled A4 car to only pick up 21 MPH after the 1/8th?

Default

that's pretty much what I used to run before cam/headers. my car always trapped low. at 12.64 i did a low 106 mph. at the time, vig3200, asp pulley, lid, cutout and nitto dr's. full weight car btw with sfc's and stb.

now, i've added cam, ls6 intake, ported tb, lt's and a tune. a typical trap of mine is in sig. full weight once again but my car is short shifting first at 6100rpm as opposed to 6500rpm like it does in the rest of the gears.

mods in sig and a raceweight of 3680ish.
