when mine went out, if i was stopped, id rev the engine to get the coolant flowing better and turn the wheels.. its really annoying.. you can get a pump for really cheap though and its easy to fix.. i got mine for 40 without the reservoir and used my old one..

Well Pro Stock John says looping them SUX. If you remove them then you are leaving them open like i have mine. Its a bit messy at first but thats the only down side i notice.

Looping the fittings allows the fluid left in the rack to transfer when you turn. Leaving them open would allow the fluid to escape until it eventually ran dry.

I don't know why looping them sucks. It's easy to do, and I think the AN adapters I used where less than $20.

If it ran dry, would it tear up the internals? I am on skinnies up front if that matters.

I've been running the fittings open and daily driving it for well over two or three years. for about 90+ miles a day. turnes perfect.
