Need Advice on Hooking Up

I have a stock suspension and 245 shitty tires with an M6. Below is a video showing the best I am able to hook up. What should be my first mod that would make the biggest difference on launch? (That's me on the first run in the T/A BTW)

If you can, do wheels and tires. I run 245 drag radials, and while they're much better than regular tires, I'm sure my car would much prefer a 275 tire back there.

Looks like its snowing in the video cold pavement and tires doesn't help much
