spohn torque arm is binding bad

spohn torque arm is binding bad dont know what gives, i adjust it and i think it moves.,
i set it to the 3* a while ago, before i started doing work on it and now moved it under its own power and its binding real bad when i turn slightly.
i guess i am going to have to use some locktight on it, but
what do i need to set it out to stop the binding.
what do i need to set it for on the street (to have no bind)
and then on the track (to pull a good 60')

i found the real problem. my stock rear sway bar is rubbing my rear end's girtle as it turns.
should be fixed as soon as i put my sphon rear sway bar in.
