I'd like to know what brand torque arm/crossbrace is this??

That's the old style Spohn TA. It's actually a 2-pc unit. I have had that one for a while now.

Sorry, I was wrong. It's not a 2-pc like mine. It is a Spohn, but looks like it has the spherical end (no polyurethane) bushing. It also looks like they painted the exhaust and TA by looking at the black overspray on the floor pan.

Yep. Just your normal Spohn setup for long tubes. The new ones use a pair of tubes bent instead of the flat bar. Works good.
