I must be missing something. How does the pedal assembly come out? Going manual brakes and need to redrill the hole for the master rod.

Lets see, there are two nuts straight up under the steering column, and I think three (maybe 4) nuts on the firewall, you have to remove the one from the black plastic stop under the gas pedal too. Some say to drop the steering column to get them out, but mine came out with some finesse by working out on the driver side of the steering column.
