Default Anti-roll bar question

I am looking to install an anti-roll bar on my new car and was wondering...What is the difference between the ones that pivot above the rear end and the ones that are mounted to the rear end and the attachments are on the body? I think Madman's car had one mounted to the rear..What are the pros and cons? I am doing the whole rear end(9",panhard,lcas,springs,mini-tubs,shocks) of the car at once and want to do it right while I have it down.

no difference really, if you have the stock tank in the car it will need to be below the housing.
