Default Searched, mounting brackets for Kirkeys?

I am ordering Kirkey's tomorrow morning from my boys at speed inc.

can't seem to find much on some good bracket ideas. i don't want to use the corbeau heavy *** steel ones and mod them, want something lighter but sturdy if i'm gonna bother putting these seats in to save some weight in this pig.

who's done what. i thought a few of our more enterprising members had made some good ones and were gonna sell them or something. i've done enough fancy stuff on this car lately, i'd be happy to just pay for something if its reasonable price, light, and works.

ideas? thanks.

i had my chassis guy just fabricate some up. I don't have Kirkey's, I have the look alike RCI(i think) aluminum seats. Real nice and sturdy in the car and mount to the stock areas of course. i'll try and get pics after work

i took two peices of aluminum angle 2"x1/8th and put them togehter to where it looks like a Z when you look at them. bolt the bottom one to the floor and the other one to the seat and them bolt them together. my seat is sturdy as can be and it is a really simple design.

depending on your height you might want to use 2 1/2" angle

i am 6' 2" tall.

well the person that bought my leather doesn't need the factory mounting brackets since they aren't going in an Fbody. I would assume I could use those easily enough in some fashion or another..that's kinda my thought at the moment.

my good buddy used the corbeau f-body brackets and bolted the kirkeys to them. this would be the eaisest way because then you have the ability to more the seat forward and back. i'm 6'3" and i was vary comfortable.
