slick track techique Whats the best way to take off when its 90+ outside and you just can't get it to hook up. Are some drag strips just to slick in hot weather?I have a 3200-3400 vig convertor,3:73's and 17/35/315 nitto 555r's usually run at 15 lbs? It isn't just me because everyone else is hazing the tire too!

lower staging rpm is the best cure unless you have a multitude of suspension adjustments you can make to try and tame the surface.
My car was spinning bad last weekend with 1.64-1.72 60 foots off the transbrake on 135 degree track temps.
This past weekend: I footbraked on even hotter 138 degrees and went 1.57-1.58 all night.
