Default help with suspension

First the car. Its a 2000 SS MS3 Cam and it makes 406 to the tire. Now the suspension it currently has is a 32mm swaybar up front 22 out back, spohn panhard, lcas, and tq arm koni sa shocks all around 550 springs up front, 175 out back, strange 12bolt 3.42's. I wanted the car setup first with the intension of autocrossing but the ride is too hard even even with the shocks at full soft. Now can you guys guide me in the right direction as to what's needed to give a better ride quality (alot better) along with what will make the car hook and go. Thanks in advanced.

To have a car that hooks, the ride on the street is going to suffer. It is a give a take thing. Decide what you really want and go for it. Good luck.

Coach
what he said.
I guess you could get adj. hals all way around so you could adj suspension travel, that might help, not sure how they are for auto x though.
