i was going to get the spohn, but thunderracing told me it can tear up the car with alot of street driving,it's loud and more of a true drag piece and not as good for street cars.(this is what i was told) i got the BMR,it's quiet on the street, really stiffens up the car and i went from a 1.50 60 foot to a 1.42 new best 60 foot with it. once i found the right adjustment(it was easy) she luanches hard and straight now.

hate to break it to you but the BMR (extreme duty drag bar) and spohn (pro series rear drag sway bar) pieces are nearly identical

billingsley and wolfe are teh exact same bar

the bmr and spohn are nearly exactly the same bar

so what this post is really asking is

stock style bar with poly bushings on the axle versus race style welded onto the axles.

The 1" bar is the one I'm talking about on the previous page. Works great.

I also have the 1 inch solid bar, so far it's worked out pretty good, I suspect I start spraying out of the hole and a wolfe will be goign on in it's place though... you can preload the solid oen if you play with the lenth on the end links but it's a pita compared to one with a little ti-rod attaching it to the chassis.

I have driven with my spohn for over 5 k and no problems. My buddie has his and has touched 9's with over 10k on it and no problems what so ever. Thunder is feeding you a line on that one.
