Solution to problem! Step one: Buy Tazer
Step two: Tell brother to remove all that body kit / I don't know what to call it crap.
Step three: Help him remove crap from step two if he agrees. If not shoot him with the tazer.
Step four: Ask him again if he wants to remove the body crap.
Step five: If he agrees help him remove it and then burn body crap. If he still doesn't see the error of his way shoot him with the tazer again.
Step six: Repeat tazering process until he agrees and all body crap is removed and burnt.

I was glad to see in the later pics the 98- Firebird nose was gone 
It CAN be saved. I have had cars torn apart to that extent and got them back on the road.
As many have said he needs to get organized and take it one step at a time. it is his vision so let have it but make sure it a safe no matter what he does
