i gotta adjust my torque arm but how do i know when my car is level? As for now i put a level on the roof and made it level that way but that doesnt neccarely make the car level. Should i put my angle finder on the trans and make the trans level or what?

If you want the car level, put an angle finder on the bottom of the rocker panel to make it level.
