where to mount battery in hatch?

where to mount battery in hatch? my turbo requiers me to relocate the battery to the trunk, since i have a sound system that isnt coming out, i cant put it in the well, is this my only other option, is it legal to run 10s? ill be in the low *** 11s maybe hitting tens soon....
