I'd just wear jeans and a fire jacket if I were you! No need to wear an entire fire suit. Nitrous isn't flamable anyway!!!

Not to mention that you won't even need a fire jacket (let alone a suit) till you hit 11.49 or faster! Are you running that quick???

Don't take any chances, if you have it wear it. You never know what the guy next to u will do. I have been pushing collars on all my slow friends for years. I was wearing shorts & t-shirt under my suit for years. Until I saw a moron jump out of his car at 100 because the crap hole track didn't check him, and he was not wearing a suit when he caught fire. I wish everyone would wear boots, gloves & collar if they need it or not. Now I wear everything & the fireproof underwear, and I will be getting a Hans set up before next season. Trust me, when I had the explossion & fire in 2004 I will never be lazy or whine about being hot again. Good luck with ur winter plans.

I think John Force getting burnt this weekend due to a wore out firesuit should also be some motivation to make sure you have the rigth stuff. Granted a TF/FC is a totally different animal but fire is fire
