Headers or SLP Loudmouth 2 Hello,
I am looking to have some mods done soon. A local shop is going to charge me 500.00 for Coated Pacesetter headers and y-pipe installed. Should I go with the SLP for approx. 50 dollars less? Another question is how long will the headers last if I am driving it in the summer only? My only mod so far is a Lid. Thanks

The SLP's hang fairly low so I wouldn't go that option. If you're getting the headers, y-pipe, and install for 500 bucks that is a great deal. If they're charging you 500 bucks just to install it then you're getting ripped. Headers last a long time. A little surface rust wont hurt them.
