Try searching around. You'll find all the info you'll need. You are also going to get a lot of personal preferance response's so take what they're worth. So my persoanl preferance is becasue of proce, I like my QA1's just fine. If I had more money I'm sure I'd like the AFCO's too.

After many hours reading,searching,and bugging other people about there set up I decided to go with the QA1 coil over set up and most likley the 275 spring and probaly just do the hose mod to get the back down just a little more that way I can keep the stock shock and and rear springs.Maybe I will get the QA1 for the back later.This way my car will get lowered and not hurt me at the track.
