man I was getting bad 60 foot times and the only thing that fixed it was getting DR's 275 's and is for a 8" rim. tire press was 20 to 22 and man from 2.someting to 1.5 was the change, It knocked a full seccond, I was making 12.4 and time after tires was 11.2 same mods.. wich are only:

-150 shot
-tires

thats it, the rest of stuff I have put on the car is interior stuff, a line lock, I use open Y pipe when I go to the track or Open headers.
but thats it, as power is only nitrous.
I hope all the info here helps you man .
Other thing, I have a 3500 converter on my other car, and instead of helping it just makes it hard to hook .. without drag tires.. I think for a street tires I wouldnt go more than 2600 rpm

Everything that people are saying sounds about right......and I would also ditch those 3.23's....go to some 3.73's.
