Will this Throttle Body work??

Ok first off this is a track only bracket car 98 Camaro A4
Second I don't use an IAC motor so that is not an issue for me
My questions:
1. Will the TPS work with my wire harness?
2. Will this TB work with just imput from pedel from the vehicle it came from, Without the computer? I know that the computer controls the idle in place of the IAC but if that was not an issue will it work? Like a stand alone TB. Just like the mechanical one that is on it now minus the IAC.
3. If that will work. How does it work? is it the further you push the pedal down the more volts it gets and the more volts it gets the more it opens the TB?
4. If that is how that works could I make a button to go 100% throttle at the touch of the button or go a certain percentage to stage or for burnouts?
