Default Cam only guys

I have a 2001 Camaro SS A4 stock 3.23 gear with long tubes, ORY, 3400/2.1str Fuddle converter. I had a cam put in last fall and the car was dyno tuned. It's a revserse-split pattern Comp Cam specs are
.228/.222 .588/.581 on 114.5 lsa.

I am curious what typical gains have been seen by those of you with a cam of these specs or similar on the dyno and more importantly at the track.
What ET's and mph are you running?
I'm also interested in what gear are you have.

Thanks.

Before the cam, with LT's, ORY, 3400 converter, mail order tune (Predator): best 12.46@107.5mph 1.74 60ft.
It ran pretty consistent 12.50's-12.60's@107.5-108mph with 60ft times in the 1.80-1.83 range.

Since the cam & dyno tune:
best 12.31@108.82mph w/1.73 60ft.
This was the last time at the track which was last fall in 53 degree weather. My other 2 runs were 12.49@108.91/1.82 60ft, 12.52@108.73/1.83 60ft. The outing before that with the cam 12.50-12.60@108.5 w/ 1.80 60's.

I had the car on the dyno about 7-8 months before the cam was installed and it made 322 rwhp. After the cam it made 365. Seems like mot much has changed with my ET or MPH despite a 42 rwhp gain. While my 60 ft times aren't anything to write home about they do seem prettty consistent around the 1.80-1.83 mark. When I installed the headers and ORY I gained about 22 rwhp and saw my ET drop 3 tenths consistently and gained 2 mph. With the addition of the cam I was expecting to see ET's around 12.0 with 110 mph trap speeds. Was I off thinking I would see 3-4 tenths and 2-3 mph ?
Reason I ask about the gear is the tuner is suggesting putting a 3.73 gear in the car. I'm just curious if this is something I should consider or should my car be running better as it stands ?

i am not really sure i can be of any help with your issue.i would expect the 2 or 3 mph just like you.my car only picked 3 tenths on average but did get 3 mph.i am not happy with the mph at all.the 373's did wake the car up a little,i think to the tune of 2 tenths.if you plan on a 12 bolt later, i wouldn't bother
