Shock settings

Shock settings I'm getting ready to take my car to the track for the first time since I got it done. I have QA1 R series coil overs up front and Strange double adjustables in the rear. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to start with on the settings. I'm running stock springs in the rear and 300lb springs in the front. 
4 on the front and on the rear start at halfway for both adjustments
