another launch question
another launch question ok so my setup...
bolt ons..ls7 clutch..12bolt...dr's
last time at the track with 3.73s i was dumping it around 3500rpms and ripped a good 1.9 60ft went 12.8 @ 109
now i have 4.10s... where to launch at? shift? etc... rev limiter is set at 6200rpms.

What kind of DR's do you have? As for shifting I had luck 1st at 6,000, 2nd and 3rd at 5700 landed me a 12.10 @ 114 with a 1.83 60ft with bolt ons with nittos and the 10bolt launching at 3,000 rpm. But if you have a 12bolt and say a MT Drag Radial I would launch at 5,000+ and let her rip and cut some 1.6 60fts and watch your times drop a lot, to like low low 12s

are you serious? 5000rpms? that sounds like alot. i know the ls1 bog if you dump it lower then 3500rpm for me. im on nittos by the way.
