Default Burnouts only dark on edges???

After not being able to hook all day on saturday I was doing some playing on the highway by the house. I noticed that my black marks when I launch are only dark on the edges. If the center of the tires isn't getting contact that would explain alot. I'm running hoosier qtp's 27x11.5x15's at 15 psi. I took them down to 13 and still no good. Do these black marks mean I need more pressure?? Thanks for any input.

wear on the sides of the tires is usually a sign of low air pressure. try adding some and see if it helps.

sides is pressure too low, center is pressure too high, you can also take a paint marker and run a line across the whole tread and spin them quick and check out what areas have paint still on them and adjust accordingly.
