Default Double pass vs Single pass radiator

Any of you guys running double pass radiators? I am looking at them now because I heard that they cool better.

I have a AFCO double pass in my car and it cools better than the stock one did. It is a AFCO radiator. The one I have is for a dragster, it is tiny. 3inch wide 24 inch width and 13,5 tall I think is the dimensions. I can let the car idle and it will never get over 160 with the fan on.

1700cfm I think it is a Spal fan, I tried the Flexalite fans and they would last about 10 passes and break the blades. The Spal fans are expensive, at twice the cost of a flexalite fan. I think my fans is a 14 or 15 inch fan. I will look for the part number.

Thanks for the info. I'm runnign a perma-cool 3000 cfm pusher fan with a shroud and can't seem to keep my car under 200 at idle with a 160 stat and a big afco dual pass radiator. I guess i need to add a puller fan on the backside also.
