i got a 3650 pound tank. lol 2000 camaro i got stock motor with a healthy cam full suspension auto trans 3200 convertor and 370 gear in a 9" with a good bit of gas car hooks hard as hell on a green track i will leave about 3 foot in the air with 18 psi on 325/50/15 mtdrs but in having driveshaft problems broke a stock 1 with good joints ripped joints out rear of shaft bought a new 1 with lifetime warranty on shaft and 10 yea r on joints and rung yoke off where it comes out the trans. some people have told me im straining the car to much with its weight and only a 370 gear is this tru. if so what do i need to go to i run mostly 1/8 mile but run 1/4 occassionallly what u guys think

I take it your spraying??? Then I wouldn't go too much gear or you would have to go taller tire to get through the traps. What MPH do you trap in 1/8 and 1/4 now?

The 370 sounds good for the 26's anything bigger and you'll probably need a 28in tire. But to me, it sounds like what you have is working. How does it launch without the spray?
