more than likely just around low 10's(Tom Izzo-10.10 on nittos) or maybe upper 9's
we have a ways to go before we catch those stangs that runs 8's or so on drag radials! They have about a 10 year head start and about 5000 cars trying for it
You just dont see many LS1's out there like you do 5.0's and etc

Re: What is the record on Drag Radials? Ive seen a guy in a 35th ann. SS go 10.59 with heads cam and spray(TNT, not sure how much) on 315 Nittos. His car was full weight with a stereo system and cage to boot. It was quite impressive. I think he post here every now and then. Maybe he will speak up.

Once again, if the weather is iffy or the air just sucks, I am saving my vacation day...not a cop-out, I just don't want to tow 4 hours for rain or crappy weather.

If the weather is real iffy, my buddy (Turbo Regal) and I won't be coming down. Look for me at Stanton on occassion, too. Car is the stock internals / bolt-on record holder which is why you might recognize the name, but, now it's a heads/cam car. Take care.
