Default car isnt running what it should

okay guys the last time i had it dynoed it went 436/408...its heads/cam and full boltons 12 bolt 3.73 geared m6.....heres the shitty part...my best time at the track has been a 7.84@91mph, 1.85 60' on nitto dr.....my q is why is my trap so low? it used to trap around 94 when i was getting like 2.1 60' and would still run 8.0s...and i know i didnt lose 3-4mph in the 1/8th with that small of a gain in 60'....th car doesnt feel as strong as it used to...also when i go to shift the rpms wrap up too slow on the guage so when im supposed to shift at 6800 ill hit the limiter at 6k??? how can i fix this that way i know im driving my car to its fullest potential before i go into thinking that something is really wrong with my car??

oh and its stock raceweight...but correct me if im wrong but i should be trappiing much better with that much power, right?

A friend of mine had a similar problem and he thought his cats were clogged and they were a little bit but it still didn't fix it totally. Turned out that the oil from the K&N filter went through to the MAF sensor. The MAF wasn't reading correctly. It didn't set codes or anything. He cleaned it with brake parts cleaner and let it dry. MPH was back up and et was back down. If you aren't using a K&N filter then it still may have some contaminants on it. Worth cleaning anyway. Have you put the car on a scanner to see the readings while the car is running? Fuel pressure could be getting lower at top of the RPM's also. Just some ideas.

Clean the MAF, can't hurt. Was it tuned - is it still tuned. Take it to a good tuner if the MAF doesn't fix it.

Just don't touch the WIRES!!!!!!!!!!

Do that and a good tune up. You would be amazed what a good tune up can do.

Agree also it's something in the tune. I dyno'd 394rwhp but I don't always go off of peak dynonumbers. My car traps about what yours does in bad weather (91). I've seen 94mph in good weather though. My car is very strong in the midrange with my current mild setup. Good luck.
