Anyone pickup anything by...

Having a relay/switch on there alternator? Turning it off when dynoing? Ive heard alittle about this anyone else??

I did it on the dyno just to test the drag HP used by the alternator. I picked up like 8 ft/lbs down low and 5 rwhp at 6300.
