i have axle hop please help sup guys i need some help.
i went to the track last night and im haveing a hard time launching out of the hole.
i recently had an aj ta put on and also a set of nitto 555r's and now i have wheel hop and its makeing me spin and killing my 60ft.
before the ta and nittos i dident have any hop i would just sping bad[hard falken street tires].
my ta is adjusted to a half degree negitive.
the guy who put it on owns a suspention shop and he works on a lot of race cars so he know what he is doing and he said to start out with a half degree negitive.
i posted up before i put it on and almost every one said around 1.5- minus on the ajustment.
so what do i do? shound i have it readjusted or what?
i pisses me of because the more i try to run quicker and get better 60ft's it never works lol.
help me out guys.
oh i was runing 20psi in the nitto's and tourque breaking it to about 1500-1600 rpm

Wheel hop is much closer to traction than a hard spin. What LCAs are you running?
I'm running a stock TA with aluminum LCAs I made and mine doesn't wheel hop my MT drag radials. It either spins or it doesn't. This is on a 550hp 6 speed car with a 9in.

I have my TA set @ -2 and I also use LCA relocation brackets and use the lowest setting. No wheel hop.
Tires pressure seems a bit too high. I'd start @ 18psi and work down. 16 seems to be what most run that tire at.
