good 1/8th mile cam
I would go to the internal section and ask around there, but it is more how your car is setup than which cam is GOOD for 1/8th mile. Most any cam could be good for 1/8th mile as long as you have the car setup to be in its RPM band. For a street car a good under the curve cam would be good though..just ask around in the internal section and i'm sure someone will help you out

Generally, I would add slicks and a different gear in an 1/8 mile car before I did a cam, hello! So, you're thinking of a cam to get you into your power quicker? A 6 speed car on street tires is already a trick to bring out of the hole. My opinion you're hurting performance.
3.42s and 1/8 mile dont go together......but to answer your question id look into a 220 or 224 cam on a 112 or 114......like said above a cam that makes good power under the curve.....
