First time out at the track

First time out at the track I got to take the car out to the track finally. Went to AIS.....about a 6hr drive to MD. I went with the preparation of running the full 1/4 for the day. But the track was wet at the far end, limiting us to the 1/8th. All I have so far is the a lid, a cutout, a B&M tranny cooler and a 3800 stall from TCS. The converter was bought here on the boards, as well as airbox lid. With stock RSA's, I heated briefly with the line lock on. Then up to the line. Most of the day I pulled 2.0's with an occasional 1.9X on the 60'. 1/8th mile times were a best of 8.283 at 86.X mph. I called a friend to do the math for me.......he said that I was at about a 12.84 mathematically. Later the opened to the 1/4. I hopped back into the fun and tried. The best that I ran was a 12.83 at 107.X mph. I thought that was good for the first time out with basically a converter.......but I leave that question for you to answer. Was that a good time out with those mods?
