Default Transblanket/scattershield...need help

My engine is out getting rebuilt and I really should add a blanket or shield. What have you guys ran and who makes a good one? I have a 99 C5 so I dont think I am going to be able to find a scattershield but think that a SFI approved transblanket will work. Any input is appreciated.

I'm sure its not SFI but Vinci Hi Performance makes a scatter shield for the C5.

FYI....a blanket is not NHRA legal for a manual trans (auto only) - you need a scattershield. McLeod is supposed to have a new scattershield for the T56, though I have no idea if it will fit your Vette.

Good luck to you.
