Default Suspension help needed

I am planning on going to the track on friday for test and tune and I need some help setting up my suspension. The car is my 2000 Trans-Am, 421rwhp/389tq, so far my best 60ft was 1.77 on MT DR's....this required a ton of clutch slip, and is proving to be hard to repeat often. The car weight is around 3900lbs with me in it. I went ahead and installed some Strange SA front shocks/BMR spring cups/Stock springs. I also installed a Jegster torque arm and pinion angle is set @ -3. Besides this stuff I already had BMR LCA's, relocation brackets, Adj panhard rod. I am running the same 255/50/16 MT DR's. I am wondering where I should start with the shocks set at....should I go ahead and put them at full soft to begin with? Where should I set the tire pressure, I am looking for a happy medium while trying to get the shocks to the right setting? Also what is a reasonable expectation for my 60ft at this power level and weight? All input is appreciated, as well as any launching tips from those good at launching the M6 cars.

3900 lbs that is a lot of weight, maybe you should try to reduce some weight

That is a good idea, and I am trying to do that. The weight may be a bit lower at this point but it weighed in at 3980 w/ me in it before. Since then I have pulled the rear seats/belts, removed the 17 Z06 motorsports wheels in favor of the stock wheels. I will go with less weight then the 3/4 tank of gas it was weighed with. At a hair over 300lbs myself, that surely isn't helping. I am trying to get it to hook better as is, then next weekend I am gonna swap to a bias ply slick instead of the DR's and spray the 150 shot. But for this week I am considering pulling the PS seat, as well as the bumper supports if I have time.
