There are a few BUT they only cover them with the ignition off.

They offer no liability naturally, car is covered going down the return road and in the staging lanes/pits. Its not covered going down the track though and the car cannot be registered or street driven.
Also have to have an enclosed trailer and the car needs to be stored in a locked garage.
