I wouldnt. Unless there's a new design out, they are very weak. I broke one on my car. It's the tiny heim joint(considerably smaller than any other TA on the market I've seen).

However, It did have good clearance, and could fit a DSL past it. I have broken one, and my friend broke 2 before finally giving up.

Best of luck!!!

I must have one of your old torque arms!!!! I got mine for free because the guy before me broke it. Took about $50 worth of new parts and a little welding and it is good as new. I have mine mounted with a lakewood driveshaft loop and haven't had any clearance issues. I will agree that there are better torque arms on the market but if you can get it for cheap then go for it. I have had mine down to the low 1.5 60's without and problems.

Haha, I doubt it. When the TA broke, it bent that tiny tubing like a pretzel. Ever if it were bent back to straight(assuming ou could) I wouldn't trust the metal's strength. Plus, mine broke at the heim joint. When it did, the rear end twisted upward, thats what caused the catastrophis failure in the TA and the DS on my particular car.

I would say on a A4 or A3 car, I would trust it(assuming again it's not a TB Auto), but I wouldn't trust it on a trans-braked Auto, or a M6 on slicks.
