what to shoot for?

what to shoot for? Weather permitting, I will be taking my car out on the drag strip this friday (Bremerton). Its a stock 99 Z28 M6 on street tires, it will have a Pro 5.0 shifter in it by then tho. Would like to know what I should shoot for, it always seems easier to learn when you have a goal set and work to improve until you get there. I think overall if I can get in the 13s I'll be happy. A friend ran his 99 M6 cat-back & lid car on Nitto 555RII's(the road race tire) to 13.83. So if I can sneak into the 13s bone stock on street tires I'll probably be happy... but what do you guys think?
Oh, and yes I did try the search feature, and it wasn't working. Connection kept timing out, sorry. I also have read the writeup on first timers at the track as well, and I have been an watched quite a few as well. I just don't know what to shoot for in terms of performance, so any advice would be great.
