Engine and Tranny mounting

ok im doing a thumper series turbo 101 or so on a iron block 408. will be running motor plates and a solid mount trans mount. will this make the weak link the transmission housing? the torque arm is mounted on a driveshaft loop. is this setup ok or would you change something? trans is a th400. thx for your help

Are you wondering about Mid plate?

i have a mid plate also.. im just wondering if everytime i launch my car hard if i will break the trans housing ?

My LT1 has a motor plate, a mid-plate, and a solid trans mount. The trans is a TH200 that has a notoriously fragile case. I have over 200 runs, many of them quicker than 10.00 with 60' launches below 1.30 and there have been no problems with the trans case to date.
