thats clean very impressive! iam building my first roll cage from scratch but it's going in a datsun 510 so not sure if you would want to see some pics of that i stuffed a 383 long block in the 510

Yeah, I have a VFN hatch w/ lexan

That little bar I did, was not part of cage, as well as the cross bar where I mounted the chute release.

How much weight did you save going to the hatch and lexan rear window? I never use my trunk so it might be an option I look into. But for a street car i don't want to go get food and have some one steal my trunk when i am eating =P ha ha

A LOT! Have yet to actually weigh each though. It's at paint right now, when I get it back I'll look into weighing each.
