Default Is is safe to run a patch tire at track??? bad experience at track!!

well this weekend drove 80 miles to track. i lowered press to 25 ( street tires) then did one pass. then pulled to return lane waited for 10 min. and left R was flat. well had to borrow a elec compress. (left my spare at home for weight savings]then every 2 miles had to keep airing up till i hit a autozone for "fix a flat" ( 10 miles) then today got it patched.

is it safe do burn outs and still drop tire press???

Dropping tire psi on regular radials is pointless, all it does it cup the tread and reduce the contact patch. So yeah, you're fine.
