HELP! car is getting slower
HELP! car is getting slower car has 130k miles on it.
with bolt ons and minor tuning it ran 7.8 on the motor,
then i burned a valve up trying to run a dual stage.
i put ported heads with stock valves, and a speedtek s1 cam. first time out with vig 3200 stall it ran several 7.5x's @ 92 mph or so.
got the car tuned, and put a big fuel pump in it, th350 with ptc3500 stall, and a 9 inch with 3:70's.
now its back to 7.9's! 7.7 if i am lucky.
can changing the drive train hurt me that much??
