I just purchased a used set of QA1 R shocks for the front of the TA. I know they are supposed to be 12 way adjustable, and one is, but the other has like 16 positions ??? Anyone heard of this happening?

 

Hasn't happened to me mine has 12 settings, why not call QA1 and ask them.

 

If I remember correctly, it's only suppose to be changed within 12 settings, but there's like 16. In the instructions it says not to turn it pas the 12th setting, otherwise you could damage the shock. This was a few years ago, so I may be totally off. You might just want to call them.

 

Called QA1 today and spoke with a tech. He said it may, depending on where the adjuster screw and detents all line up. Said to start with it all the way out and not run it in past 12 (may damage valving)
